COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) -- The House Ethics Committee has subpoenaed 11 people to testify in its investigation into allegations that Gov. Nikki Haley illegally lobbied while in the House.

The list released Thursday does not include the Republican governor. The hearing is June 28.

A complaint by John Rainey accuses Haley of illegally lobbying for two previous employers. Haley has said repeatedly she did nothing wrong.

Witnesses called include officials with her previous employers, the former commissioner of the state's health agency, lobbyists, and an attorney for Blue Cross and Blue Shield. Rainey is last on the list.

The committee approved the list in its entirety after meeting behind closed doors. No public discussion was held.

The list initially contained 10 names, but staff sent out an updated copy, saying one was omitted inadvertently.

Here's the list of the subpoenas issued:

Michael J. Biediger, President & CEO Lexington Medical Center

Blue Cross Blue Shield of South Carolina, c/o Duncan S. McIntosh, General Counsel

William "Billy" Boan, McGuire Woods Consulting, LLC

James D' Alessio, VP  of Governmental Affairs, Blue Cross Blue Shield of South Carolina

Tony Denny, Denny Public Affairs

Robert B. Ferrell, VP, CDM Smith

Gregory P. Harris

Earl Hunter, Former Commissioner of SCDHEC

Dan E. Jones, Chairman, Lexington Medical Center

Thad Westbrook
