COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) -- The court challenges over the primary ballot in South Carolina aren't quite done yet.

Members of the Democratic and Republican parties in Florence County will be at the South Carolina Supreme Court on Monday, just eight days before voters pick their nominees for the general election.

Democrats sued Republicans, saying county GOP officials didn't follow the justices' orders last month to kick anyone off the ballot who did not file the proper economic disclosure paperwork. Instead, Democrats say Republican leaders just recertified all candidates.

South Carolina's primary is set for June 12.
