SUMTER, SC (WACH) -- A home invasion in Sumter has left one man dead.
According to offcials,after a struggle Antonio Dixon was shot close range and pronounced dead at the scene by the Sumter County Coroner.
Officer's responded to a call from a Sumter resident reporting there had been a home invasion at their residence.
When officer's arrived, the resident reported someone kicked in the front door and entered the home.
