COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) -- Advocates of sexual assault victims are meeting to talk about the prevention, treatment and healing services provided in South Carolina.

The month of April is national Sexual Assault Awareness Month. Officials with the South Carolina Coalition Against Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault are scheduled to hold a news conference Tuesday morning to talk about what's offered at sexual assault centers across the state.

Coalition members provide a range of services, including prevention education and going to the hospital with a victim.

Attorney General Alan Wilson is scheduled to speak at the event at the Statehouse.
