ORANGEBURG, SC -- Two Orangeburg County men were in court Thursday; arraigned for allegedly robbing and killing a Santee man last week.
Gregory Kadeem Foye, 19, and Quinnshaun Larnel Fogle, 17, faced and Orangeburg Judge. The two are accused of robbing two Hollis Rd. residents of about $230 on February 16.
One victim, a Hispanic man, was shot in the chest and killed. Both men face two counts of first degree burglary and one count of armed murder.
A 16 year old is also facing the same charges. The investigation is still ongoing.
