One person dead in Lower Richland County shooting

COLUMBIA (WACH) - Richland County Sheriff's deputies are on the scene of a shooting in the 200 block of Masonry Circle.  That's in Lower Richland County.

According to Deputy Curtis Wilson, two victims were shot and taken to the hospital.  One victim has died and the condition of the other person is unknown at this time.
