Freshman safety Brison Williams suspended indefinitely

COLUMBIA (WACH) – Gamecocks Football Coach Steve Spurrier announced today freshman safety Brison Williams has been suspended indefinitely from the football team.

"Brison Williams has been suspended for conduct detrimental to the South Carolina football team," said Coach Spurrier.

Williams, a 5-10, 206-pounder from Warner Robins, Ga., played in eight games for the Gamecocks in 2011, recording 11 tackles.
