KERSHAW COUNTY, S.C. (WACH) - The South Carolina Highway Patrol says alcohol was a factor in the crash that killed a man late Friday night.

Authorities are charging 30-year-old Michelle Anthony with DUI, after she struck a motorcyclist on Highway 341 around 11:00 Friday night.

The victim, who was not wearing a helmet, was killed in the crash.  4 passengers in Anthony's vehicle were taken to the hospital with injuries.
