ORANGEBURG (WACH) – Authorities are searching for the driver responsible for a fatal hit and run accident in Orangeburg Sunday morning.
The S.C. Highway Patrol says someone ran down a man and woman on Sugar Hill road about 4:50 a.m. The man was killed. Officials say the woman was taken to the hospital for treatment.
Authorities say the only description they have of the vehicle is that it is light colored. Anyone with information that could lead authorities to the driver responsible is asked to contact the highway patrol.
