CHARLESTON, S.C. (AP) -- South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley says unions are behind the Occupy Wall Street movement.

The Post and Courier of Charleston reports Haley commented to the Aerospace Industries Association's International Council in Charleston on Thursday.

She said unions are helping fund Occupy Wall Street to make Americans think corporations are the bad guys. She says the movement is intended to be a distraction.

The trade group did not allow reporters to cover Haley's comments live but her office later released a video.
