COLUMBIA (WACH) -- If you're looking for a way to get some exercise and maybe learn a few new healthy habits, now might be your chance.
The Charles R. Drew Wellness Center is inviting everyone to their Multicultural Community Wellness Weekend. The center will have massage therapists on hand, prizes and giveaways, and several exercise and martial arts classes to choose from - all free of charge.
"Anytime we can offer our services at no cost, and in the meantime promote wellness and health, I believe that is a good thing, most definitely," says Drew Wellness Center employee Lee Williams.
The free wellness weekend will run through Sunday evening, with the center open from 2 p.m. - 6 p.m.
