Columbia (WACH)—As the 2011 USC Football season quickly approaches, fans are gearing up for another season, and the Nurturing Center and Sharp Business Systems are among them, as they celebrate with the inaugural “Kick-off For Kids” tailgate event.

According to Sharp’s Director of Sales Rick Laird, as his company expands into the Midlands, so does their efforts in the community.  To that end, Kick Off For Kids will help raise money for the Nurturing Center, which is a “family focused treatment center for child abuse and neglect,” says Director Neil Nadkarni.

The event is planned for Saturday on the rooftop of the Carolina Walk on Bluff Rd from 4pm-8pm, and will feature food, games, music, and family fun.  Tickets in advance are $25, and $30 at the door.  There is more information on the Nurturing Center and the Kick Off For Kids tailgate HERE.
