COLUMBIA (WACH) -- Columbia officials say they've arrested a suspect on drug charges and are looking for another after finding cocaine in plain view after receiving a community tip.

Twenty-six-year-old Erica Moore is charged with possession with intent to distribute after police found 10 grams of narcotics at a home on Bratton Street in the MLK Community on Thursday.

Officers say there were three children inside the home when they arrived.  The kids are now in the custody of a relative.

Police have issued an additional arrest warrant for Antronio Smith after a safe was found bolted in a closet of the home.

After obtaining a search warrant, investigators found an additional 60 grams of cocaine inside the safe.  The drugs have an estimated street value worth around $7,500.

Weapons and surveillance equipment were also recovered during the bust.

Moore is being booked at the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center.

If you have any information that may help lead investigators to the whereabouts of Smith, you're encouraged to call CrimeStoppers at 1-888-CRIME-SC.

“I am so proud that citizens continue to call law enforcement when they know about crime happening in their neighborhoods," Columbia Police Chief Randy Scott says.  "Law enforcement collaborating with citizens can make all the difference when it comes to safe communities. In instances like this, all it takes is that one call or piece of information to help us make arrests.”
