DILLON COUNTY (WPDE) -- Tyler Hutto, the former Latta High band director facing charges he had sexual relationships with two students, now faces four new charges.
Hutto was back in court Thursday afternoon.
In addition to the two counts of criminal sexual conduct with minors, Hutto is now charged with sexual battery of a student, two counts of dissemination of obscene material to a minor and solicitation of a minor.
Police say the charge of solicitation of a minor involves a third victim.
Hutto was arrested in March, and was allowed out of jail on $50,000 bond. Hutto was taken back into custody in May when the Latta Police Department told a judge Hutto had violated the terms of his bond by having contact with one of the students.
Hutto is now out of jail on bond and under house arrest. Hutto is only allowed to leave his grandparents home in Dillon for counseling. He is being monitored through a GPS system and is not allowed to use a computer or a cell phone.
Thursday, Judge Mackie Hayes allowed Hutto to remain out on bond.
Hutto has resigned his position at Latta High School, and his teaching license has been suspended pending the outcome of the charges against him.
Police say the incidents between Hutto and the three minors happened between May 2010 and March 2011.
