WEST COLUMBIA (WACH) -- Officials are looking for a Greenville woman who is wanted for forging checks from the account of a dead woman.

The West Columbia Police Department says 22-year-old Anticula Roxanne Hughley wrote three checks from Candida Datnoff who lived in the Jenni-Lynn retirement community in West Columbia.

Datnoff died in April, but investigators aren't sure how Hughley got her hands on the checks.

If you have any information that may help police you're urged to call CrimeStoppers at 1-888-CRIME-SC.
