CHARLESTON, S.C. (AP) -- Passengers on a Bermuda cruise will have a brief chance to see a bit of the South Carolina Lowcountry.

Holland America Line's cruise ship Veendam makes a port call in Charleston on Tuesday.

The ship carries as many as 1,350 passengers and is scheduled to dock in Charleston for 10 hours before leaving around 5 p.m.
