ASHEVILLE, N.C. (AP) -- A spokeswoman says the Rev. Billy Graham spent another comfortable night at a North Carolina hospital.

Merrell Gregory with Mission Hospital in Asheville said Friday that Graham remains in fair condition and continues to improve as he's treated for pneumonia.

There's no word on when the evangelist might be released to return to his home in the mountains of western North Carolina.

Graham was admitted to the hospital after he suffered sweating, coughing and breathing difficulty at home Tuesday night.

The hospital says Graham was able to resume his routine Thursday, getting up for his meals and completing a physical therapy program.

He was also visited by his pastor for Bible study and prayer.

Dr. Shaw Henderson, a pulmonologist, says Graham's congestion is clearing up.
