COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) -- South Carolina's law enforcement community has honored three officers who have died in the line of duty.
The South Carolina Law Enforcement Officers Association held an annual memorial Wednesday at the South Carolina Criminal Justice Academy in Columbia.
The names of South Carolina Public Service Authority Special Agent Frank B. Glover, Oconee County Sheriff's Deputy William F. Schuck, III, and Highway Patrol Cpl. Dana Kevin Cusack were added to the wall of the South Carolina Law Enforcement Officers Hall of Fame.
Glover suffered a heart attack in January 2010 shortly after scuffling with a drunk and disorderly man. Schuck was killed when he became pinned between a tree and his patrol car in February 2010. Cusack was killed in March 2010 when his patrol car crashed.
