GREENVILLE, S.C. (AP) -- The South Carolina Bar is debating changes to its policies and constitution during a meeting in Greenville.
The Bar says it's holding its House of Delegates meeting on Thursday.
Incoming University of South Carolina School of Law Dean Robert Wilcox and both the Bar's outgoing and incoming presidents are expected to address the group. The House is also electing members of the Bar's Nominating Committee and presenting its Young Lawyer of the Year Award.
New officers will also be sworn in by state Supreme Court Chief Justice Jean Toal.
The South Carolina Bar says it has more than 13,500 lawyers in its membership.
