COLUMBIA (WACH) -- A report released by The State Newspaper shows that Senator Lindsey Graham was often cited in the leaked cables called Wikileaks. The report shows that Senator Graham meet with dictators, heads of state and other world leaders over the last seven years.

A cable from the U.S. Embassy in Tripoli describes Graham’s August 2009 meeting with Muammar Gadhafi and the Libyan dictator’s son in a tent in the middle of the night. The cables goes on to say that Gadhafi's son complained that the United States had not adequately rewarded Libya for having given up its nuclear program in 2003 and for renouncing terrorism.

The cable also shows that in March 2006, the U.S. Embassy in Beijing reported on Graham’s meeting with Chinese Vice Premier Wu Yi.
