MANNING (WACH) -- Manning's mayor has been selected as the latest lawmaker to represent House District 64 in a special Election Tuesday.  Now the town has to elect a new mayor to replace Kevin Johnson in another special election.

The Democrat grabbed more than 52 percent of the vote.  Johnson beat out Republican Sonny Sanders.

Johnson replaces the late Rep. Cathy Harvin, who died in December.
