COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) -- Richland County deputies say two people found dead in a car outside a Columbia gas station appear to be part of a murder-suicide.

The coroner's office identified the victims as 31-year-old Alysha Violkowski and 33-year-old Oppie Lee Jackson.

Investigators say witnesses called police Friday night after seeing a woman shoot a man in the car, then turn the gun on herself.

Authorities say a witness told investigators the couple were involved in a romantic relationship.
