The Gamecocks, who are coming off a 9-5 season, their first SEC Eastern Division title and a top-25 national ranking, will play seven home games in 2011 and 10 contests against opponents that are coming off bowl appearances.

COLUMBIA (WACH) -- The University of South Carolina has released its 2011 football match ups including seven home games.
The schedule features an opener on September 3 in Charlotte at the Bank of America Stadium against East Carolina Pirates.
The first non-conference home game is against Navy.
And on September 24, the Gamecocks will face Vanderbilt in the school's first SEC conference math up.
South Carolina has a 16-4 record against the Commodores including a 21-7 win in Nashville in 2010.
And as always, the final game pits the Gamecocks against the Clemson Tigers on November 26.
Carolina is coming of an impressive 9-5 season with an SEC East title.
