COLUMBIA (WACH) -- Traffic came to a halt during the a.m. commute Wednesday as a tractor trailer burst into flames.

The explosion happened on I-26 around exit 115 in the westbound lane.

Crews have cleaned up the scene and opened the Interstate to traffic, but are still investigating what caused the fire.
