SPARTANBURG, S.C. (AP) -- A Spartanburg man has been sentenced to life in prison after being convicted in the shooting death of a man at a convenience store.
Prosecutor Trey Gowdy says 25-year-old Dadrin Johnson was convicted Tuesday.
Twenty-four-year-old Adrian Edwards was shot to death Oct. 9, 2009.
Johnson and 24-year-old Brandon Robbs of Spartanburg were charged with murder. Robbs was acquitted by the same jury.
The store's surveillance cameras showed Johnson firing several shots at Edwards after he borrowed a jacket from Robbs.
