MANNING (WACH) -- Looking back at the U.S. Senate Race that Republican Incumbent Jim DeMint reclaimed Tuesday night, Manning native Alvin Greene still pulled in a respectable 28 percent of the vote despite being an absolute longshot.

The enigmatic Greene, who at one point during his campaign suggested mass producing action figures of himself to get South Carolina back to work, is still taking swings at DeMint in defeat.

"DeMint started the recession and, uh, the voters of South Carolina, they shouldn't reward someone who has failed the country," Greene said.

So what's next for Alvin Greene?  He says we'll have to wait to find out.
