Should minors be allowed to be transported from school to a health clinic with the intent to receive birth control without parental consent?

A Charleston mother is upset her 14-year-old daughter was taken to a clinic by an organization.  State law allows those services for minors, but contraceptives are not to be distributed in schools.  Read the full story here.
