CHESTER, S.C. (AP) -- A man has surrendered in a shooting death at the Chester Regional Medical Center last week.

The Herald of Rock Hill reported 21-year-old William Jo Pierre Graham of Chester turned himself in Monday.

Chester County Sheriff Richard Smith says five people have been charged in the Sept. 20 shooting at the hospital and a related shooting death at a nightclub.

Graham is charged with murder in the death of 20-year-old Derek Chalk, who was helping two victims of the nightclub shooting into the hospital.

It was unclear if Graham has an attorney.

Deputies says a person of interest is in custody in the nightclub shooting death, but charges have not been filed.

The other four people face a range of charges, including attempted murder, weapons violations, accessory, and withholding information.
