COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) -- Disney star Monique Coleman will make a stop at South Carolina's Riverbanks Zoo to meet fans.

The 29-year-old actress who was raised in Columbia will be at the zoo Sunday. Coleman has played Taylor McKessie in the "High School Musical" franchise and appeared on season 3 of "Dancing with the Stars."

She also recently launched an Internet talk show for teens called GimmeMo' that hopes to inspire young people to help others. Each 20-minute webisode will focus on a topic related to teens.

Coleman has a bachelor's degree in acting from DePaul University. She also appeared in the Hallmark Movie "The Reading Room" and has been a co-host on the talk show "The View."
