COLUMBIA (WACH) -- Forecasters tracked several powerful storm cells through the Midlands Tuesday afternoon.

WACH Fox Weather Anchor Justin Kier says the cells looked similar to Monday's severe storms that left a path of damage as they made their way straight through the Columbia area.

We saw frequent lightning, hail, strong wind and heavy rain with these cells.

Flooding also occured in areas prone to pooling of water during heavy rain.

The cells produced more damage as some residents were wrapping up their clean-up from Monday's storms.

One report we've heard of so far is a fire at an antique building housing at least two antique cars in Lexington.  The building appears to be struck by lightning.  Officials are calling the structure and the cars a complete loss.

SCE&G reported as many as 1,000 outages in the Columbia area.

Several counties were under a Severe Thunderstorm Warning.
