You can jazz up your party, event or just day at the pool with a simple, summer cocktail. All you need are the right flavors, colors and glassware and you can make your pool party look like a sophisticated soiree.
Anne Postic went to Casual Living to make what she calls "poor man's champagne" in some elegant acrylic-ware.
HOW TO MAKE ANNE"S PUNCH:
-cut up lemons and limes
-use a bag of frozen raspberries instead of ice
(she recommends using an acrylic pitcher with a center piece you can either freeze or fill with things like frozen raspberries)
-get a frozen container of raspberry lemonade
(Anne uses the minute maid raspberry lemonade)
(mix that with the lemons and limes)
-pour in 3 1/2 beers
(Anne likes Michelob Ultra)
-pour in 1/2 cup of vodka
-stir and enjoy
