COLUMBIA (WACH) - Demolition is underway at Sarge Frye Field, the former home of the Gamecock baseball team.  South Carolina vacated the stadium two years ago, and now plays in nearby Carolina Stadium.

The old stadium was the Gamecocks' home for decades and is named for the former grounds keeper.
