This news comes after her divorce from Governor Sanford was finalized last month.
Jenny Sanford confirmed Thursday that she's dating Georgia businessman Clay Boardman, who lives down the street from her in the town of Sullivan's Island.
The pair has been spotted in Charleston and they also attended the Masters in Augusta last weekend.
