LEXINGTON-- Candy McMenamin hopes to win some serious dough in the 2010 Pillsbury Bake Off.

She calls her dish caliente carnitas with stone fruit salsa.

"It's delicious, inexpensive, and really quick to make." says McMenamin.

This will be the third time McMenamin has competed in the Pillsbury Bake Off, and she's competed in other contests across the country.

"I won this kitchen worth $25,000 in one contest."

McMenamin says she's enjoyed cooking since she was a little girl and likes to play around with recipes.

She hopes this year's dish is enjoyed by the bake off judges, and wins her the million dollar prize.

The contest begins April 12 in Orlando.
