Ballot filling up for for District II spot

COLUMBIA -- Another candidate has announced he's eyeing the District II seat.

Josh Stroman, a native to the district, made it official Thursday.

He joins Emma Myers, Brian Newman, Antonio Williams, Harold "Puff" Howard and Alex Furgess on the ballot.

The seat was left vacant after former Councilman E.W. Cromartie resigned while facing jail time for federal tax evasion charges.
