Two local residents have a lot to be proud.
Belinda Howell and Deborah Lybrand have been named women of the year by Sistercare.
Both survivors are now living violence free and say they wouldn't be where they are if it weren't for Sistercare.
Howell and Lybrand want to encourage other women living with domestic violence to come forward.
