Officials with the city of Columbia Water Works are advising customers on the four hundred block of Shadow Drive in Lexington County, to boil their water for a least a minute before cooking or drinking.

The City of Columbia has experienced a four inch water main break and it could possibly result in bacterial contamination for that area.
