COLUMBIA, S.C. (WACH) -- Constant rains on Friday caused another sewer overflow in Columbia.

The City of Columbia says at approximately 8:00 AM Saturday, the sewer in the Monticello Road area overflowed into Crane Creek.

The flooding has affected the 5900 block of Monticello Road and the 1 block of Sunbelt Court.

This is not the first time flooding has affected the area.  On Christmas Day 2009, neighbors on Peeples Street were forced out of their homes as flood waters poured into their home.

This is the fourth incident of flooding since that day.
