Seventy percent of Americans don't get enough exercise, blaming lack of time and lack of motivation. Ignoring fitness and health increases chances for the disease

On January 13th, the American Heart Association kicked off 2010 Start! Midlands Heart Walk with a healthy lunch for companies and individuals planning to participate in this year's walk.

The room at the State Museum was crowded with folks who want to help fight heart disease.
