COLUMIBA-- Family and friends are coming together to remember A.C. Flora High School student Luke Dodenhoff. Funeral services for the 17-year old were held at Shandon Baptist Church this afternoon.

Dodenhoff died Friday after a friend accidentally shot him. Authorities won't press any charges in the case.

School counselors are talking to students about their loss, and officials let students out early to attend today's service.

Nicholas Van Patten is one of Dodenhoff's many friends. The high school senior says, "He meant so much to me. He was my best friend."

Friend Jared Rapoport helped put together homemade t-shirts with Dodenhoff's picture. Rapoport says, "The picture just sums up Luke's personality. He's fun, caring, a great guy to be around."

Dodenhoff's friends plan to sale the shirts at school to raise money for the family. They've also set up a memorial page on Facebook.
