WEST COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) -- Authorities say a man was stabbed to death after an argument in a homeless camp in some South Carolina woods.
West Columbia Police Chief Dennis Tyndall says his officers found 58-year-old Gary Wayne Spires dead from several stab wounds early Friday morning.
Investigators say Spires argued with 47-year-old Randolph Dasher before he was killed.
Dasher was arrested and charged with murder. he is being held at the Lexington County jail, and it isn't clear if he had an attorney.
