Hundreds Pack Church for Patterson Visitation

COLUMBIA, SC -- They began lining up at the Shandon Presbyterian Church hours before visitation Wednesday. Friends, family members, former colleagues and politicians lined up to pay their respects to former State Treasurer Grady Patterson.

Columbia Mayor Bob Coble, South Carolina Democratic Chairperson Carol Fowler, and former state GOP Chair Katon Dawson were among the dignitaries in attendance.

Patterson will be laid to rest Thursday at 1:00 with full military honors.
