Urban League hosts Expungement Seminar in Columbia

Some criminals are receiving a second chance through the Urban League's "Clean Your Slate" project. The project has helped clear some minor or misdemeanor records including non felony charges and first time offenses. Officials urge people with records to be proactive in trying to clear their names from offenses that may apply.
