N. Carolina cops cleared in deadly shooting

Several North Carolina cops have been cleared in the shooting of a serial killer.

A North Carolina prosecutor says the police officers who shot and killed 41-year-old Patrick Burris, will not face any charges.

The three officers said they had no choice but to shoot and kill Burris, after authorities say he shot five people during a shooting rampage around Gaffney.

Authorities say Burris was a habitual felon.
