Weekend murder shocks a Columbia community

Columbia police are looking into a puzzling crime on Belvedere Drive, that's off Two Notch Road. Investigators call 26-year-old Jabari Haile a person of interest in the case. Sunday morning residents on Belvedere Drive found a man slumped over a neighbor's fence. The 21-year-old victim was shot several times. Jabari Haile turned himself into police for an unrelated incident Monday.
