Teen shot to death, deputies investigating

COLUMBIA, SC -- A teen has been shot to death in the Fairfield Road area.

The Richland County Sheriff's Department says the male teen was shot early Saturday evening at his house on Woodside Avenue.  Investigators say he was out in his yard when someone in a car shot him.

Deputies tell us that at 8:00 PM, they were called to Palmetto Richland Hospital, where the teen died.
