LEXINGTON COUNTY, SC -- An accident in Lexington County leaves one woman dead.
On Friday afternoon at 1:20 PM, investigators say a someone was driving westbound down Mill Stream Road when for some unknown reason the driver turned left from the center lane and ran head-on into an oncoming 1995 Chevy pickup. Officers say the driver who caused the accident died at the scene. The two people in the pickup were not hurt.
