19 year old Erron Houston appeared before a Lexington County judge Thursday morning facing charges of unlawful communication.
According to an incident report, Houston used the popular social networking site Myspace to harrass his ex-girlfriend back in January.
The incident report also says the ex gave Houston her password, the Houston used it to post nude photos of her on her Myspace page.
Houston faced a Lexington County judge Thursday morning.
The bond hearing would be brief, but the victim appeared in court saying Houston had hurt her socially and mentally.
The victim and her mother spoke only to WACH Fox News after the hearing.
"A parent can't even imagine to see pictures of their child on Myspace naked and you can't even delete the page because you don't have the password, " said the victim's mother.
"It's a lesson for me. I would never send a picture through text, videos or anything," said the victim.
The judge set Houston's bond at $1,092.50, but the victim's mother says it was too low.
"She was violated and no one should have the right to violate anyone's personal space," said the victim's mother.
Now this 18 year old victim says she'll be more careful who's hands she gives her personal information to.
