UNITED NATIONS (AP) -- The U.N. Security Council is set to begin an emergency session this hour on North Korea's rocket launch.
Pyongyang claims the rocket put a satellite in space, but the U.S. and South Korea say the rocket and its payload ended up in the water.
President Barack Obama says it's a cover for a long-range missile test and that threatens peace around the world.
