DILLON COUNTY, SC (AP) -- Dillon County deputies say a man found dead in a car in a ditch didn't die because he wrecked the vehicle.
Sheriff's Sgt. Cliff Arnette says someone else killed the man, but he wouldn't release the cause of death.
Coroner Dan Grimsley says the man appears to be in his 50s, but he did not release his name.
Troopers and paramedics found the body Friday morning in a ditch near Hamer.
Authorities say they haven't determined if the man was killed where the car was found
